We are seeing retail prices start to more closely resemble the wholesale prices with small decreases in every retail sector. The biggest changes were in the wholesale market. Diesel seems to be making a quicker come back to normal prices due to the demand never taking as big of a hit from COVID-19 as gasoline did. Gasoline in wholesale dropped by over 3 cents, while diesel and biodiesel rose by over 6 cents. This decline in gasoline prices showed through in retail prices, with the US and Washington average dropping less than 1 cent. The Oregon average dipped over 1 cent. However, in retail diesel, all markets dropped less than a cent.
