November Fuel Prices in Oregon 2017
For the last few years oil prices have dropped substantially after the Labor Day holiday.
This being a real boom to year end budgets for our commercial bulk fuel fleet customers as they enter the holiday season rush.
Not this year. Prices came up hard with the Eclipse and Labor Day traffic in Oregon. Gas Buddy called this the highest one week rise since 2005. Then they stayed up after an extremely damaging hurricane season that brutally destroyed key parts of the oil patch American Southeast most importantly Houston the center of the US Petroleum industry.
Beyond these disruptions to supply, refining, and marketing in Petroleum there are other international events pushing up prices.
