Portland Oregon Fuel Market Report 08/21-08/27/2020
08/21/2020 – 08/27/2020 Weeks Average
Pricing in the retail sector has been rising, while most of the wholesale prices have lowered. Within retail prices, the biggest change was in the national pricing in gasoline with a three cent jump. Oregon had a one cent jump, while Washington showed a two cent jump for retail gasoline. Diesel has had less than a half cent difference in all areas, of Washington, Oregon and National. The biggest jump occurred in B20 Biodiesel with over a 5 cent jump. This could be be due to refineries closing on the east coast from hurricane Laura and Marco; since refineries have closed less biodiesel has become available so demand is higher than the supply.
